cost control and project management
Money matters. By far the most important factor when planning to create a new space is your budget. We aim to give our clients value for money. To achieve this, our cost specialist works closely with you to formulate a budget. We do inception estimates, entire tenders, assist with appointing specialists, procurement documents and managing the budget throughout the project.
With our team’s Quantity Surveying background, we are qualified to assist the client with
programming and project managing the works to ensure that the transition from inception to the final product runs efficiently. We also assist in quality management during the project to generate the desired result for a much loved space.
Product Sourcing
ESTABLISHMENT can offer a wide range of lifestyle products and accessories with its dedicated import and distribution division who has been sourcing products from Europe for our growing list of clients.
We have 20+ years experience in sourcing both standard as well as the more unusual or extraordinary products. We work together with retailers, architects, designers and developers to ensure that the best quality products are made available to complete a wide range of projects

This fragrance collection is deeply personal, inspired by Dawid’s childhood memories of walking in the veld in Namibia and the sensory experiences that shaped his life. His earliest memories are of walking through the untamed veld, where the rich aromas of wild botanicals mingled with the warmth of home. These sensory experiences became the foundation of his unique, holistic approach to design—one that emphasizes the emotional connection between people and the spaces they inhabit.
Dawid’s design philosophy is not just about aesthetics; it’s about creating environments that tell a personal story.
